You MUST get the answer correct! If you do not, you do not get entered into the draw and you do not get your money back. Please check before you give your final answer.

We don’t want to keep anyone waiting, so we hold the draw at the earliest practical opportunity after the competition has sold out. This is usually the following day.

Usually, as many as you like. We do set a limit for especially popular competitions.

Completely at random, either live via the online Google Random Number Generator or, for smaller prizes, via industry standard random number generation (which is what Google uses anyway).

After making contact with the winner we aim to get the prize out within 48 hours of the competition ending. If the item is not in stock because of a custom configuration on flex or loft then the delivery schedule will be determined by the manufacturer. If it is a custom order we will give an indication of delivery once we have order the prize.

We close the competition and hold the draw anyway. Your chances of winning will be even greater.

We do reserve the right to withdraw competitions and return your ticket money in extreme circumstances, but it’s not something we have ever done.
